Longevity means “long life.” So how do we get there?

We believe that it comes down to tuning into our bodies and consciously putting our own health first. Everyone’s path to longevity looks a little different, but the principles are the same:

  • Find movement you enjoy and incorporate it into your day

  • Find the best diet for your body that makes you feel good

  • Find healthy ways to manage life’s inevitable stress

  • Educate yourself on your own health history and your family health history

  • Establish your team of physical and mental healthcare providers to help you

  • Listen to your body!

That’s exactly what we aim to help you do at Longevity Chiropractic.

We use a combination of gentle manual therapy (massage, passive stretching, joint mobilization/manipulation), rehabilitation (stabilizing exercises, stretches, breathing), and behavior modification (habit-stacking, work ergonomics, diet choices) to help you better tune into your body’s needs!

  • Longevity Chiropractic is a fee-for-service clinic, meaning that payment is due in full at the time of service and we are not in-network with medical insurance companies. Medical insurance companies try to and often succeed in dictating how much time you can spend with your doctor, what treatments you need, what treatments they cover, and limiting your visits without any idea of who you are as a person and how your condition impacts your life.

Eliminating medical insurance allows us to spend more quality time with you, provide you with the treatments you need, prescribed by us, not the insurance company, and create a more equitable fee structure for all of our patients. If you choose to use out-of-network medical insurance benefits, we will happily provide you with a superbill and any additional necessary documentation to submit for partial reimbursement of services.

We accept cash, check, credit, debit, and HSA cards.

  • Please wear or bring along comfortable clothing that allows you free movement. Gym shorts, sweatpants, yoga pants, t-shirts, tank tops, and sports bras are all great and allow us to move freely while we work!

Jeans and stiff clothing are not recommended.

  • Yes! Oregon is a "no-fault" state when it comes to car accidents, and all auto insurance policies carry personal injury protection (PIP) coverage. This means that regardless of who was at fault, your medical treatment will be covered by your auto policy's PIP coverage, usually at no cost to you!

The first step is to file a claim with your auto insurance company, then schedule an appointment at Longevity Chiropractic for some much-needed treatment!

Scheduling is easy! We will need the name of your insurance company, your claim number, and the name and contact information of your adjustor, and we'll do the rest.

We do not bill third-party claims that are pending settlement to pay for your medical treatment.

  • We would love to help you recover from your workplace injury; however, worker's compensation regulations in the State of Oregon are complicated. Your treatment may not be covered at our clinic. Call us with the details of your injury, and we will help find out if your treatment will be covered.
